ZURICH, 5 January (Reuters) - Credit Suisse shares surged over 8 percent on Monday, as investors welcomed the group's sale of its fund management unit. The buyer of the business, Scotland-based Aberdeen Asset Management, is also perceived to have done well out of the deal, which closed at the end of December.
